Dr. Galina Mironova, ND is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine in Connecticut, where she received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. The four year medical program included intensive classroom instruction along with 1200+ hours of in-residence clinical training, a medical internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport, CT, and numerous private practice internships with top professionals in the fields of Naturopathic, Allopathic, and Integrative Medicine. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, along with completion pre-medical coursework from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Dr. Galina grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH and after graduating from Naturopathic medical school in Connecticut, she moved to New York City where she worked as a Naturopathic Medical Consultant. Ultimately her journey led her to Chicago where she achieved her dream of opening a private practice. She currently resides in the Gold Coast area and is excited to share her knowledge and skills with this beautiful city.

In her office, Dr. Galina sees a wide range of health concerns ranging from acute to chronic. She individualizes her approach for each patient and utilizes a holistic approach while enabling the patient to play an active role in their care. The path to healing is achieved by a combination of supple­­ment­­ation, nutrition, counseling, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the mind-body connection. Although Dr. Galina is trained in general medicine and cares for people of all ages and for many conditions, her special interests lie in counseling, weight loss, women's health, and pediatrics.

Dr. Galina’s has always been attracted to the field of pediatrics and has spent countless hours in pediatric clinical rotations and internships. She has also completed training in a specialty shift for children with Autism and other developmental disorders. Her doctoral thesis presented research and discussion on the Gluten-Free Casein-Free diet as an alternative intervention for Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
